At Le Burger 4304 we have four main roles for hourly employees: Cashier, Bar, Takeout and Float. We expect all front of house employees to be trained and proficient in each role required for successful service. Every hourly employee should have a hand in everything needed by guests and coworkers throughout their shift, they should do whatever necessary outside of their scheduled role to ensure success on the floor.

Effectively Support Expo Completing Take-Out Orders
Operate Expo and Support Running During Time of Low Volume
Floor Responsibilities
Connect with Guests while Executing Steps of Service
Run Food and Act as Final Check on Products Going to Guest
Own Table Maintenance, Bussing, Cleaning and Sanitizing
Own the Cleanliness of Dining Room, Floors, Bathrooms, and Front Dish Area
